Oatmeal Pancakes

Stick to your ribs Oatmeal Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor place flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, vanilla, oil and egg. Puree until smooth.
  • Heat your griddle and lightly oil the surface over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using a 1/4 cup ladle for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with maple butter and syrup.
