With a focus on customization, Chef Brian curates exquisite 5-course tasting menus based on your preferences. Spoil your loved ones with a romantic date night for 2, couples date night, or dinner parties for 4 or more. Whether it’s your dining room or backyard, we can accommodate your needs.

Sample menus showcasing Chef Brian’s signature dishes and creations are available on our website, but every menu is tailored to your specific preferences, incorporating your favorite ingredients and proteins while accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions. Larger parties will also benefit from the presence of an assistant sous chef for groups of 6-8, and a steward/server for parties of 10-12, along with additional staff for larger events.

Chef Brian handles all the shopping and arrives at your house 3-4 hours before the start time, while stewards/services arrive about 1 hour before. Enjoy being a guest in your own home, without the worries of cooking, serving, or cleaning up. From the moment we arrive until we leave, your kitchen area will be left spotless.
