Now if your lucky enough to live in Hatch, New Mexico – you can just use the Green Chiles there. However, for the rest of the world, this recipe uses Anaheim and jalapeño’s chiles to provide the zest and chile flavor. I have been trying several great recipes, however this recipe from Cook’s Country in 2009 was one of my favorites.
