Delicious Sugar Free BBQ Sauce Recipe

Delicious Sugar Free BBQ Sauce Recipe

Over the last two years, I have been living with Type 2 Diabetes. Like many of you I have been working on getting my A1C in check. We can’t readily go to the grocery store and get a great tasting BBQ sauce off the shelf that is low in sugar or is Sugar Free. Many Diabetics either go without, or luckily you and I have each other. We can turn to our homemade kitchen and use natural sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit instead of the traditional sugar. This allows us to enjoy our traditional BBQ sauces with out the significant blood sugar spike. We need a Delicious Sugar Free BBQ Sauce Recipe!

What I have found is that this BBQ sauce has the traditional savory flavor you have been accustomed to, and in addition, I have even used it in catering events and even the non-diabetic participants didn’t know the sauce was diabetic friendly until the host who was Type 2 gave the gig up himself.

BBQ sauces have more uses than on the traditional baby back rib rack. This will pair perfectly with any grilled item like squash, Brussels, or even shrimp, bacon or any firm fleshed fish. Like any grilling application, do your cooking and then lightly brush this sauce on and let it set for 5 min and it’s a wonderful way to finish the dish.
