Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh ground chuck
- 8 cheddar cheese slices
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 16 slices crispy thick cut bacon
- 4 tablespoons mayo
- 4 buns
Instructions
- In a medium bowl season the ground chuck with kosher salt and black pepper
- In a cast iron skillet heat canola oil, brown the ground chuck patties on both sides, cook to your desired preference, add cheese allow to melt
- Layer the bacon, mayo the patty and any toppings you prefer
