Caribbean Sunset

The loaded version of the Caribbean Sunset cocktail contains melon liqueur, malibu rum with cranberry juice and then you would float orange juice on the top.

This recipe is adapted from Coca-Cola’s website and I think this version is way more refreshing and you can have it any day of the week! This mocktail works perfect with grilled foods.

Ingredients

1. 4 ounces Sprite
2. 2 ounces Orange Juice
3. 2 ounces Lemonade
4. 1 dash grenadine
5. 1 each: lime wedge and maraschino cherry as garnish

Instructions

1. In a large glass (at least 16 oz) fill 1/2 full with ice. Add the Orange Juice and Lemonade and top off with Sprite. Splash of grenadine to finish. Garnish with lime and maraschino cherry and serve.
