MENU REVIEW

You review your personalized menu. Any required modifications or additions are promptly addressed, ensuring a finalized menu tailored to your tastes. The menu will be confirmed no later than the week of your dinner or event, if not sooner.

Chef Brian arrives 3-4 hours before your dinner, armed with an array of tantalizing ingredients and a team of skilled staff (if needed).
