This truck is a long time coming. Getting into the restaurant businesses has been a life long ambition of Brian Child. With the cost of opening a sit down, BBQ joint and reaching a large group of enthusiastic foodies – the economics of the deal was depressing. We had to look at alternatives.
The menu is still tentative, but the truck will definitely serve BBQ, Marinated Meat Treats, Hamburgers and Cheesesteaks with flare and some spice. We will also be featuring our refreshing aquas frescos.
Brian has just signed all the papers to facilitate the operation of a 20-foot truck, which has a griddle, smoker and should be rolling in late 2014. The truck will serve lunch and dinner Monday through Friday. While many of our locations are yet to be determined. We know we will be hitting the Gallivan Center on Thursday’s for sure.
