5 Minute Blender Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce can tomatoes (refilled once with water)
  • 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Taco or Southwest Seasoning
  • 1 White Onion (cut in half)
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 1 - 3 Jalapeno(s) (ribs and seeds removed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Note

You can for extra flavor reduce the sauce for about 15-30 minutes.

Blend everything together until smooth.
