Ingredients
  1. 4 cups Whole Milk
  2. 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
  3. 1 teaspoon Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  6. 4 Cinnamon Sticks (garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until it starts to team (do not let it come to a boil). Stir in chocolate chunks gently and whisk until all the chocolate has melted. Add the vanilla, ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Turn your heat down to a medium-low and allow to simmer for 5-6 minutes until all the ingredients have become well incorporated. Remove the pan from the heat. Ladle the hot chocolate into 4 cups and serve immediately. If not serving immediately, continue to keep warm over very low heat, stir occasionally. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper!
