I had originally reviewed Tracks and found it’s fried food, and cold atmosphere to be stand-offish. It was not surprising that Tracks met its demise. I am so glad that it did. The Bonneville Brewery is a story of renovation. This business took the old Tracks Brewing location and renovated it from a club style establishment to a solid eatery and brewing establishment.

It now has warm earth tones, wood chairs, tables, and the stage has been removed.

The menu has been replaced with craft burgers, bistro steaks and a bevy of salads that will meet your gastronomic expectations as well as your wallets.

Mushroom and Goat Cheese Appetizer: This was a little more creme cheese vs. goat cheese. The bread was a little thicker than needed. The mushrooms were good, however – they would have been better if they were chopped up.

Pub Steak: This was a fantastic entree. I would highly recommend this – and it was about $13

Kids Pizza: This was a good pizza with a lot of cheese. Not the normal cheapskate pizza that establishments try to pass off as kids food.

They don’t have a large dessert menu… However, the Creme Brûlée was fantastic.
